Shipping Information

At LiftXCo, we want to get your athletic wear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Shipping Cost: A flat rate of $7.50 CAD applies to all orders.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100 CAD!

Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your LiftXCo purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer the following options:

  • 30-Day Returns/Exchanges: You may return or exchange non-worn or damaged merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method.
  • 60-Day Store Credit: If you're outside the 30-day window but within 60 days, you can return your items for store credit equal to the amount you paid.
  • Exceptions: Please note that we do not accept returns on supplements.

Our return policy is designed to be customer-friendly, ensuring you have ample time to decide if your purchase is right for you.
